  Note: The $60 application fee ($70 for international applicants) and the completed and signed paper application must be sent directly to the UCI Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools: OARS, 204 Aldrich Hall, University of California, Irvine, CA 92697-1075. For Nursing Science applicants, UC Application AND Supplemental Application are both due by November 30.
