On-Campus Housing Communities
UC Irvine provides convenient, comfortable, and secure undergraduate housing options, including residence halls, academic theme houses, Greek chapter (fraternities and sororities) and international houses, and apartments. All student rooms are equipped with high speed internet and cable TV connections.

Each community offers specialized programming to complement academic interests and residential themes. Residents have access to community study rooms, computer labs, card-operated laundry facilities, recreational facilities, and live-on professional and student staff.

Housing Guarantee
On-campus housing is guaranteed for two years to all incoming freshmen; one year of on-campus housing is guaranteed for transfer students.
